Suzanne Martin told by SRA no investigation possible
As confirmed by ex-RCL director Paul Andrews on social media, the RCL lawyers were sent a letter stating that if Suzanne Louise Martin did not stop posting defamatory postings about him online, he would take legal action. Suzanne Martin subsequently failed to convince the SRA (Solicitors Regulatory Authority) that they should act against Paul Andrews for telling Martin to stop libelling him.
In the leaked email below, SRA employee Carolyn Jones makes it very clear to Suzanne Martin that they could not and would not be taking any form of action against Paul Andrews, as he has not broken any laws, rules or regulations. Since receiving the email, Suzanne Martin and David Levy have spread lies and misinformation to the media, on the Indiegogo campaign and on their (now deleted) RCL facebook page claiming that the SRA were investigating.
Paul Andrews has posted multiple times publicly stating that he has documents from the SRA confirming that they have never had any interest in investigating him.

Dear Ms Martin
Thank you for your report in relation to Paul Andrews of LSB International Legal Services.
I have been asked to gather some preliminary information to support our enquiries into this matter and to consider whether this is a report that we will take forward. I have this responsibility for a limited period of time and I therefore would be grateful for your prompt response. I will then provide this information to a colleague within my department if I feel that there is an issue that requires further investigation.
I can confirm that neither Mr Andrews and LSB International Legal Services are regulated or authorised by us. Whilst we do have the power to take action against an individual or organisation holding itself out to be an individual solicitor or firm of solicitors our power is limited to the use of the term ‘solicitor’.
Therefore by using the term ‘legal advisor’ there is no action we can take against Mr Andrews on an individual level.
However, the letter does infer that legal proceedings would be issued if your ‘conduct did not desist’. Can you please confirm whether or not proceedings have been issued. If proceedings have been issued please provide me a copy of those so that I can review the matter further.
I require such evidence because the conduct of litigation is what is terms a ‘reserved legal activity’ and can only be conducted by solicitors. If LSB International have issued proceedings then we may be able to consider this matter further.
If proceedings have not been issued but you, or Michelmores, continued to received correspondence from LSB then please provide copies of that correspondence received, and responses sent. I will then review the matter further.
In respect of the issues raised in your email dated 28 February 2018 we are not able to assist or provide any legal advice or assistance, as it is not within our remit to do so. I can only suggest you take legal advice, or report these matters to the police, if you have not already done so
I look forward to hearing from you and would be grateful for a response by 22 March 2018.
Yours sincerely,
Carolyn Jones (Mrs)
